How do you incorporate English & Art?
As an English & Art teacher I am always thinking up ways to promote literacy and creativity. Combining both can:

  • Increase Academic Vocabulary
  • Promote close analysis of the text
  • Encourage students to "think outside the box"
  • Reach students of all learning modalities (kinesthetic, visual etc.)
  • Stimulate creative problem solving
  • Reach all students: ELS/international, special needs, gifted etc.
